The practice
Maître Fanny Binard, lawyer in Mons
A lawyer who takes the time to listen to you, to explain and to defend your interests — without needless jargon.

About
Maître Fanny Binard is a lawyer at the Mons Bar. A law graduate of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), she has been practising since 2021 and has chosen a human-scale practice, focused on people rather than files: behind every case there is a story, a worry and a future to defend.
She focuses her work on employment law and social-security law — social law, which touches people's daily lives directly: their job, their income, their protection. She acts for workers and employers alike.
Her practice is based on Rue André Masquelier, right in the centre of Mons, where she works in collaboration with Maître Nathalie Luyx. This closeness allows for responsive follow-up and a genuine sharing of experience in the service of clients.
Three commitments
Listening
Understanding your situation before talking strategy. You are the person best placed to tell your story; I am best placed to translate it into law.
Honest advice
I tell you the truth about your chances. I will never launch you into a case that is lost from the outset for the sake of the case itself: my role is to steer you towards the best solution, not the most expensive one.
Commitment
A committed defence, within the deadlines, to the same standard whether your matter is small or major — in my eyes as in yours.
